Dance Aerobics (Bokwa)

Bokwa is a dance aerobics class which lasts one hour including warm-up and cool-down. It is lively and fast paced with steps based on letters of the alphabet. The steps are really easy to learn and after the first class you will probably know them all. The music is taken from the latest hits and should be loud. Bokwa very cleverly introduces a lot of jumping into the steps which is great for increasing the heart rate and the fitness levels.

We also incorporate other dance into the lessons For example last year we learnt some traditional Irish set dances and this year we had an interesting demo of Georgian dance.
